For customer support leaders

Answer repeat questions from your own help content

An AI assistant trained on your company documents does not need a model of its own. It searches the help articles, policies and past replies your team already trusts, answers with the sources attached, and hands the question to a person when the evidence is thin.

01 Outcomes

What changes for you

  • Common questions answered first

Customers and agents get answers to everyday questions from the articles you already wrote, so your team keeps its time for the cases that need judgment.

  • A source on every answer

Each reply links the article or policy it came from, so an agent can check it before sending and a customer can read the whole page.

  • A person when it matters

When your content does not cover a question, or a customer asks for an exception, the assistant says so and routes the case to your team with the context.

Watch an assistant answer from a help center

Pick a question a customer might ask. Each answer comes from the articles it cites, and one goes to a person, because that is the right call.

Scripted walkthrough

Pick a question
  1. Question

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

    Assistant

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Open the order in your account, choose Edit delivery and save the new address. If the status already says Shipped, the carrier link on the same page lets you ask for a redirect.

    • Help: Changing an order
    • Policy: Delivery and shipping
  2. Question

How do I export all my invoices from last year?

    Assistant

Go to Billing, then Invoices, set the date range and choose Export. You get one spreadsheet file, or a folder of PDFs if you pick that format. Admins see every invoice; other roles see only the ones they created.

  3. Question

I was charged twice this month and I want a refund today.

    Assistant

I understand, and I am sorry for the trouble. A second charge is often a pending authorization that drops off on its own, and the billing article explains how to tell the two apart. I have passed your request to the billing team, who can check your account and refund a true duplicate.

    • Policy: Refunds

Handed to a person because refunds need approval from the billing team, and the customer asked for one directly.
