The site is written to be read, shared and quoted. You do not need our permission for any of the following, and we do not ask you to use a particular anchor text.

What is this site, and what is it not?
nexstella.com describes what Nexstella does and how it works. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract, and no page creates an obligation on either of us. This site is not an offer of services on any terms.
No prices are published. Each engagement is scoped and quoted after a first conversation, and the only binding terms are those in a written agreement.
05 What you send us
What happens to what you send us?
The contact form is a web form on a public website, not a secure channel. Never send passwords, access keys, tokens or other secrets through it, and do not send information that a third party requires you to keep confidential.
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it. We never publish your message or your name without asking. The privacy notice explains how your details are handled.

How accurate is the site?
We write these pages carefully and correct them when they are wrong. The site is provided as it is. Links to third-party sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on a page of it. This limit is about the website. Liability within an engagement is set by the agreement for that engagement.

Who owns the content?
The text, diagrams, structure and brand assets on this site belong to Nexstella. The Nexstella name and logo are ours and may not be used in a way that implies a relationship that does not exist.
Technology names belong to their owners. Where the site lists technologies we work with, that is not a partnership, an endorsement or a certification.

When the terms change, the "Last updated" date changes with them, and a change that affects what you may do is visible on the site.
