For data and analytics leaders

One source of data your reports and AI can trust

Building a modern data platform means moving data from your operational systems automatically, checking it on the way, and storing it in one governed place with agreed definitions. Dashboards, analysts and AI projects then read the same numbers, with lineage back to the source.

01 Outcomes

What changes for you

  • Numbers that agree

Each metric is defined once and calculated in one place, so a total in finance matches the same total in sales and operations.

  • Problems caught on the way in

Quality and reconciliation checks run as data loads. A failed check stops bad data before it reaches a dashboard, and alerts the person who owns that source.

  • A sound base for later AI work

Governed, documented data products give AI work a reliable base, with access rules and lineage already in place.

Explore the layers

Explore the platform layer by layer

Select a layer to see what it does, what we check there and the choices you make along the way. You do not need to know the tools to follow it.

Sources

We start with an inventory of the systems that hold your data and who owns each one. Some sources are clean and documented, others are spreadsheets someone updates by hand, and both count.

  • ERP, CRM and finance
  • SaaS tools and spreadsheets
Ingestion

Loads run on a schedule or as changes happen, depending on how fresh each source needs to be. Every load is logged, retried safely and alerts a named owner when it fails.

  • Batch and incremental loads
  • Change data capture
Processing

Raw data becomes tables people can use: cleaned, joined and reconciled against the source totals. The transformations live in version-controlled code with tests, not in someone's workbook.

  • Tested transformations
  • Quality and reconciliation
Storage

A cloud warehouse, a lakehouse or both, chosen from your workloads and existing investments rather than habit. Curated layers keep raw data apart from the trusted products people query.

  • Warehouse or lakehouse
  • Curated data products
Consumption

Dashboards, analysts and AI read the same governed metrics. When a figure looks wrong, lineage traces it back to the load and the source it came from.

02 How it starts

How it starts

  1. Inventory the sources

We list your systems, their owners and the known data problems, and agree the few questions the platform has to answer first.

  2. Choose the shape

Warehouse, lakehouse or both, batch or streaming: we recommend from your workloads and budget, and write down the reasons.

  3. One pipeline, end to end

A first source goes all the way to one dashboard with checks, lineage and alerts, so you judge the approach on something real.

  4. Decide what comes next

You review the first slice and what it costs to run, then choose which source to add next, if the value is there to justify it.

The usual engagement model: Fixed-scope implementation

Point us to the numbers people argue about

Book a call with an engineer. We will ask where your data lives and what it has to answer, and suggest a sensible first slice.

What happens next

  1. You pick a time, or send us a message.
  2. A person at Nexstella reads what you shared before we talk.
  3. You leave with a clear next step, even when that step is to wait.
