Capability

Put AI to work in your business, with the right controls

We develop AI-enabled applications and workflows that connect foundation models with your business information, software tools and defined processes, with appropriate controls, evaluation and monitoring.

In short

Generative and agentic AI connect language models to your documents, data and business systems so they can answer, extract, summarize and act. Nexstella builds those applications with access controls, evaluation, human approval and monitoring, and tells you when conventional software or automation is the more reliable choice.

01 When it matters

When is it time to put AI to work?

The business wants to use AI but needs to know which applications are feasible and how they can be deployed safely. AI applications require more than a model endpoint: production use needs controlled access to data, reliable retrieval, integration with business systems, evaluation and safeguards.

We ask first whether AI is necessary, or whether conventional software or automation would be more reliable. When it is the right tool, the focus is on useful capabilities that are evaluated, integrated and monitored.

A business keeps its knowledge in internal documents, policies and manuals, and wants its teams to get contextual answers from them without exposing information to people who should not see it.

We would build a knowledge assistant that searches only what each person is authorized to access and gives source references where the retrieval supports them. We would test it against representative business questions before anyone relies on it.

02 Services

  • AI opportunity assessment and feasibility analysis
  • Generative AI application development
  • Large Language Model integration
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Enterprise knowledge search and conversational assistants
  • Intelligent document processing
  • Text, image and document-based multimodal applications
  • AI-assisted research, analysis and reporting

  • Model adaptation and fine-tuning where justified
  • Human-in-the-loop review and approval
  • AI evaluation, safety testing and production monitoring

03 Applications

Where does this usually apply?

  • Enterprise knowledge assistant: searches authorized internal documents, policies, manuals and knowledge repositories to generate contextual answers with source references where supported
  • Document intelligence: extracts, classifies, validates, summarizes and routes information from invoices, contracts, reports, forms and other business documents
  • Customer support assistant: retrieves relevant product and customer information, prepares responses and supports service teams within defined access and action boundaries
  • Operational AI assistant: helps engineers and operations teams investigate incidents, retrieve runbooks, summarize logs and recommend approved remediation steps
  • Agentic workflow automation: coordinates multiple steps in a business process, invokes authorized tools, validates intermediate results and escalates decisions that require human judgment
  • AI-enabled product features: integrates conversational interfaces, intelligent search, recommendations, summarization or task automation into existing software products

04 Technology

How do we choose the technology?

  • PyTorch
  • TensorFlow
  • Hugging Face
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • LlamaIndex
  • CrewAI
  • FastAPI
  • Amazon Bedrock
  • Google Vertex AI
  • Microsoft Foundry

Frameworks are selected according to the use case, maturity, licensing, security requirements and operational complexity rather than treated as ends in themselves.

05 Deliverables

What do you get?

  • Prioritized AI use cases with feasibility findings
  • Architecture diagrams and technical specifications for the AI application
  • Working solution increments, with source code and automated tests
  • Evaluation results against acceptance thresholds defined before deployment
  • Monitoring configuration and handover documentation

07 Questions

What do people usually ask?

It lets an AI application answer from your own information. The application verifies who the user is, retrieval searches only what that user may access, and the model answers from the content it is given. Source references are shown where the retrieval process supports them.

Foundation model APIs, managed services such as Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI, and open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex. Selection depends on the use case, maturity, licensing, security requirements and operational complexity.

It extracts, classifies, validates, summarizes and routes information from invoices, contracts, reports, forms and other business documents. Where a result needs human judgment, the workflow escalates it for review and approval.

Solutions

Which solutions do we build for this?

Book a 30-minute call with an engineer

Bring any technical question: a product idea, data, AI, cloud, an existing system or extra help for your team. You talk it through with an engineer.

30 minutes, video call. Prefer to write? Send a message

What happens next

  1. You pick a time, or send us a message.
  2. A person at Nexstella reads what you shared before we talk.
  3. You leave with a clear next step, even when that step is to wait.
